1. Overview

This website is operated by Vero. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vero. By browsing our website or placing an order through our checkout form, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Ordering & Contract Formation

• Placing an order through our "Buy Now" form represents an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed only after our team confirms your order details and delivery window via phone or WhatsApp.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the contact information provided is unreachable, incomplete, or suspected of fraud.

 

3. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

• We do not accept online card payments, bank transfers via external payment links, or advance deposits through this website.

• The total amount specified at the time of your order submission must be paid in full in cash directly to the delivery agent at the moment of physical handover.

• Handover of the products will only take place once full payment has been remitted to our representative.

 

4. Accuracy of Product Displays & Specifications

We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our luggage collections as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings. All dimensions and weights provided in the product specifications are manufacturer approximations.

5. User Conduct & Reviews

Customers who receive products may be sent an automated follow-up communication inviting them to submit a verified product review. We reserve the right to remove any submitted review containing unlawful, abusive, or false statements.
