At Vero, we are dedicated to providing a seamless, premium service from the moment you place your order to the handover at your doorstep.

1. Delivery within Harare

• Shipping Rate: Complimentary Free Delivery on all luggage and travel accessory orders within Harare.

• Fulfillment Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched and delivered within 24 hours.

• Delivery Time Windows: To accommodate your schedule, you may select your preferred delivery window when completing your order:

  • Morning Slot: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM

  • Afternoon Slot: 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM

• Order Confirmation: Prior to dispatch, our concierge team will reach out via WhatsApp or phone to reconfirm your exact address and ensure you or an authorized representative are available to receive the package.

 

2. Deliveries Outside Harare

• For destinations outside Harare across Zimbabwe, deliveries are arranged via dedicated regional courier partners.

• Please contact our team via WhatsApp or call at +263 77 403 3566 prior to or immediately after placing your order to confirm delivery timelines, available carrier options, and applicable transit fees.

 

3. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If you are unable to receive your shipment during the agreed delivery window, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. If our courier arrives and is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our fulfillment hub, and a rescheduled delivery may incur a nominal logistics charge.
