How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work in Harare?
When your courier arrives, you can unbox the suitcase, inspect the zippers, test the 360° wheels, and check the lock alignment. Once you are completely satisfied with the quality, you hand over the cash payment in USD directly to the delivery personnel.
How fast is delivery within Harare?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CAT qualify for same-day delivery. All other metropolitan Harare orders are completed within 24 hours.
Can I order if I am outside Harare (e.g., Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru)?

Yes. Our physical operations desk and showroom are located at No. 6 Shepperton Road, Graniteside, Harare. You can view collections in person Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00 CAT.
